I am continually amazed at the absolute insanity of the peacemakers in the Middle East. When did we lose our way? Can you Imagine fighting WWII the way these imbeciles want Israel (and us) to fight.
The most sinister thing about these so called peacemakers is that they think it’s perfectly fine for these human beings (those opposed to Israel) to live under the oppression and tyranny of the status quo when clearly they would be better off now and for future should that power structure be destroyed. This however requires rational thought and guts to see through both severely lacking in those opposed to Israel.
In an upcoming post I will explain the problems in the Middle East- but for now I must be brief. When the Japanese wanted to conquer and pillage the Pacific Rim based on a culture that believed that their emperor was a god, we destroyed that culture. One of the first commands made by General Macarthur when he became de facto dictator of the Island of Japan was that if Japan was to have any future as a nation state, the emperor was to publicly announce that he was not a god. Over Japanese radio he admitted that he was merely a man and if the people of Japan had any sense they would do as their occupiers told them. On August 6, 1945, just 16-hours after the United States dropped an atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan, Truman issued a statement which said, in part: “The Japanese began the war from the air at Pearl Harbor. They have been repaid many fold… We are now prepared to obliterate more rapidly and completely every productive enterprise the Japanese have above ground in any city. We shall destroy their docks, their factories, and their communications. Let there be no mistake: we shall completely destroy Japan’s power to make war.” This is how you win the peace. You win the peace by destroying your enemies. Israel has been attacked 4 times by hostile neighbors and each time the world has forced Israel to stop and allow their enemies to remain in power. The Middle East needs to have its culture changed and changed by force. We are dealing with a political and religious culture that is completely opposed to ours. The Middle East culture is violent, authoritarian, and sexist. Its economy is feudal. Most of the population is poor and uneducated. A few wealthy families hold control of most of the wealth and use religion as their means to remain in power. Israel has every right to defend their nation from random shelling into civilian populated areas. The lands is theirs and believe me no one is going to take it from them. In the 60 years since it’s inception the Jewish state has risen from the ashes of the Holocaust to become a nation with a first rate economy, first rate military and truly a standard of living for most of her population which makes the rest of the middle east look like pathetic beggars. Prior to the establishment of Israel the land was a wasteland with very little economic output. The Jewish people turned the desert into a garden through ingenuity and intelligence.
60 years ago, the nation of Israel was reestablished. Forty years ago, as a result of the famed Six Day War, Israel regained Biblical Jerusalem, as well as Gaza, the Sinai, and the Golan Heights. Although these areas were part of the original mandated land, and are undeniably essential for Israel’s defense, it has become strangely “politically correct” to assume that peace in the Middle East is dependent upon their yielding these lands-the so-called “West Bank” back to their enemies which are openly committed to their eventual extermination. Long live Israel and may they obliterate the current status quo in the middle east.
Game Theory Illustrated December 31, 2008

A very interesting dilema today with Blagojevich and the Feds. Seems like classic game theory . What will they do? Blago was arrested on Sept 9 on charges that he was attempting to sell Barak Obama’s senate seat. On Sept 10 Barak Obama himself called on Blago to resign.
Also on December 10, all 50 remaining Senate Democrats signed a letter calling for Blagojevich to resign and demanding that he not appoint a replacement for Obama. The letter also said that if Blagojevich did appoint a successor, They would be forced to keep him from serving. Earlier, Illinois’ remaining Senator, Majority Whip Dick Durbin urged the state legislature to quickly set a special election to fill Obama’s vacant Senate seat, saying that any appointment by Blagojevich would not be legitimate. On December 12, a motion was filed with the Illinois supreme court seeking Blagojevich’s temporary removal from office. On December 15, the Illinois House voted 113-0 to begin impeachment proceedings.
When asked about the federal investigation the day before his arrest, Blagojevich said there was “nothing but sunshine hanging over me” and that “whatever I say is always lawful and the things I’m interested in are always lawful.” In a news conference held on December 19, 2008, Blagojevich said that he would not resign as governor despite the corruption charges. “I will fight, I will fight, I will fight – until I take my last breath,” he said. “I have done nothing wrong.” On December 30Blago appointed appointed former Illinois Attorney General Roland Burris to the post in defiance of Senate leaders who said they would not admit anyone he selected. Roland Burris is African American and would be the only African American in the Senate. He will stay.
What will Happen… only time will tell. But if the history of corruption in Illinois
is any indication Blago will survive.
